every time i put a new myspace background i only see it for about a second and then it turns the background red what i doing wrong i put code wheres its suppose to go but it dont work I WILL GIVE BEST ANSWER QUICKLY

You must have used the Myspace profile editor in the past, am I right?

That will override any backgrounds you place on your profile with css, so you will need to clear it out.

Enter it through this link, and click Clear All, then Save.

Make sure you don't have a background that everyone is using or the bandwith will be exceeded. Make sure you don't have the background set to red and that might be over ruling it.

something similar happened to me before.. i think you probably have a code for an all red background in their somewhere. so when you put in your new code for a new background, it shows it for a second, but then the older code takes over. look through your page where you paste the code, and make sure there isn't another code in there. if there is, just delete it and you should be all set.

Make sure the image your using isnt too big that others will end up leaving becuase the time it takes to download that background...

also make sure the image u use is not being used by others.
